Tai Chi
This activity emphasizes relaxation and inner calm rather than focusing on strength. The practice of Tai Chi can improve balance, enhance respiratory and immune function and promote emotional well-being. It is a moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise. We offer sessions for seniors ranging from Beginner to Advanced. Classes are held on Monday mornings at the Civic Center.
For more information, please call 734-258-3035.

Chair Exercise
This program is designed for easy exercises to develop flexibility, strength and muscle tone.
This program is excellent for people who are inactive, have arthritis or limited movement.
The class is held on Thursday mornings for our Seniors at the Civic Center.
