Cardio Drumming is a Full Body exercise with lots of dancing and fun beating to the music. Chairs are available. Open to the public ages 18+. Participants must complete the waiver on the registration form. Please call and sign up in advance so that we have enough equipment. Minimum of 10 to run class. Grab some friends and lets do some drumming!

WHAT IS TAI CHI?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system for health, relaxation and longevity.  It is practiced in gentle, flowing movements and is joint friendly.

Summary 
Medical research at the Mayo Clinic, the Harvard Medical Center and elsewhere has shown that Tai Chi can improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, respiratory and immune functions and memory.  It is considered a moderate intensity cardiovascular and weight bearing exercise that is especially effective for seniors.

Moving & Grooving Fitness

Get your body moving and grooving to the music during this fun, low or no impact class. We will cover the whole body with a warm-up, body toning and end with relaxing, simple stretches. You may use a chair if you are unable to stand. This class is great for any age and ability, residents & non-residents welcome. Please bring a small set of hand weights, 1-5 pounds.
